Hi there,

Yes,it will be valid . You can two degress at a time both will be valid.

According to new rule of UGC one can do two degree simultaneously and it will be valid but there is only one condition. Candidates can not pursue both courses in regular mode. Candiate would have to do one course in regular mode and other from open university.
