Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but to get admission in M.Sc you need to submit your provisional passing certificate/Degree or last semester certificate if you're an appearing Candidates. In case if you don't have the original certificate you can submit xerox copy and ask for some time to submit the original certificate (if they allow)

Without last semester results and passing certificate/degree it's not possible to get admission.
