AT this point of time you cannot do much.I don't think now there is a way to get your class 10 th official certificate but try to get a substitute certificate from your class 10th school of your passing.
You have got good rank and would definately get a government college. You can also try to explain your case at the time of document verification.If you have a certificate from school and you explain your case, they would probably consider it.
