You are eligible to apply for CUCET post graduate degree of MSc. Chemistry with a Bachelors degree in chemistry (major) given that you possess a minimum of 55% (general) / 50% (for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) The OBC cut off varies in some colleges so do check out the prospectus for the college you desire. In order to be eligible for any specific course an individual needs to have studied that subject for a minimum tenure of two years or for minimum tenure of four semesters, whatever follows in your college.

As you have done triple major , hence you are equally eligible to apply to all the three courses for your MSc in CUCET.
