You can apply for 2nd round of counselling of All India Quota or Deemed/Central Universities. For that, you don't need to register or make payments for round-2 as you have already done for round-1 but have to make fresh choices again for round-2 as the c hoices submitted in round-1 will be treated as null and void and mind that you have to use the same login credentials as used in round-1 .

Kindly wait till the process of first round of counseling session ends and the second session begins. The dates will be updated on the official website.
