It is really sad that you didn't get any college in the previous two rounds. But there is a third special round conducted which also might offer you to slightly modify your choice list if you want, this is called the Mop-up round conducted for admission in Deemed Universities/Central Universities/ESIC colleges. You can surely try for that. It's registration will start in the 2 week of August.
