Dear Sir/Ma'm, the officials at the entrance of your examination centre gate will demand an original copy of the valid identity proof as mentioned by you in the admit card along with a zerox copy of it and two passport size photographs of the same photo that you have used in the registration. It's better to carry a original valid id proof.

The list of such things required for NEET application form 2019 has been provided below.

• A valid Mobile Number
• A valid Email Address
• Class 10 details and Class 12 details
• A photo-identity proof - Aadhaar Card number, Passport Number, ration card number, bank account, any other valid Govt. identity number
• Scanned images of passport sized photograph, and signature and other documents (if applicable)
• Credit/Debit card or Net Banking details (for online payment)

If you have the copy, then do submit the copy. If they ask for original, you can submit a letter stating that you do not have the original copy as of now.

You can always apply for Aadhar card and even passport if you have lost the original documents. These documents are important and are often used at many platforms. Hence you should apply for the documents as soon as possible.
