Hi Candidate,

Yes, you can take that certificate for the counselling purpose. However, you would also need to show the provisional degree/certificate at the time of document verification. A provisional degree or certificate is required for the admission process until you get the final degree from your institute or college. It’s up to the counselling members of TANCET if they accept this course completion certificate in place of a provisional degree.
