Yes, you can leave the EWS certificate number blank when applying for JEE 2025 if you don’t have the certificate yet. However, make sure to get the certificate before the counseling process. During the application, select the EWS category, and later, when the document is required, you can submit it. If the certificate isn’t ready by then, you might be considered under the General category.
