I don't have my ews certificate right now ,but I am sure that I will get it by jee advaced exam ,can I change to ews in jee mains now?

You should hurry up and correct your category as you can submit it at the time of JEE ADVANCED.
But first you need to correct your category as Economically Weaker Section.
Correction is allowed only from 15.04.2019 to 17.04.2019 5:00 P.M.
Therefore hurry up.
