Aadhaar Card is mandatory in admission.
If you don't have one, do you have other valid and legal documents of identity proof. Pan Card, Voter ID, and Passports are your other options.
Unfortunately, school I-D cards will not work.

Again, do tell them the reason you don't have your Aadhaar Card. (Students from Assam and J & K were normally exempted till last year) and make sure you carry your parents' Aadhaar cards. Good luck.
