If you do not have your OBC-NCL certificate while filling out the CUET application form , you may still apply. You have the option to apply under the General (Unreserved) category. However, to receive reservation benefits, it is recommended to upload a 'Self Declaration' in place of the certificate and provide the official document during document verification.

If you belong to OBC-NCL category but if you do not have OBC-NCL certificate then you can fill 'DECLARATION BY THE CANDIDATE IN LIEU OF OBC-NCL CERTIFICATE' which is given in page 40 attached in Annexure - IIB. Candidates who haven't obtained OBC-NCL certificate before the last of the application form can fill it. You need to take the print out of it, fill the details and affix your passport size photo on it. Scan the document and upload it in the application form. You must provide the category certificate which is issued on or after January 1, 2022 at the time of admission. Else you cannot claim OBC-NCL reservation.
