Dear candidate!

I am not sure about that you can upload your state SC caste certificate or not for now. But I am suggesting you to ask at JOSSA counselling that due to the pandemic situation you will not be able to get latest date caste certificate. And also ask them if you permit me then I can upload a affidavit in which written that you will submit your certificate in a stipulated time.

And as I know you can't upload state certificate.

I have SC certificate issued by Government of West Bengal. However, I have been living in Idisha for more than a decade now due to my Fathers work. I want to know if I can use my certificate in Odisha while state counseling or it can only be used in West Bengal for state counseling (since I have West Bengal Domicile).
