shall I have to reproduce caste certificate in jossa formate even if I had already reproduced it for previous year??

Yes definitely you have to again produce your caste certificate in the same format prescribed in JOSAA even if you had submitted it last year because for this year's counselling you have to submit all the fresh documents.
