Hi Keshav

You are doing bds at present but in bds you don't have all of physics, chemistry and biology so you need to choose the code 02 keshav as your highest qualification in which you had all of physics , chemistry and biology is your 10+2 . So you need to choose the code 02 dear. This is because the code 02 is for those who have qualified 10+2 in the year 2019 or before with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as subjects.
I hope that it helps you,  good luck for your neet preparation and examination

Thankyou
