Ive filled Neet 2021 exam . Is it required to fill different government forms such as MBBS , BDS , etc. or Neet will directly applicable for all the government institutions and forms?

If you have started the Bachelor of dental surgery course now with 1st year, and have not attended any examination till now, then you can fill code 02 in your NEET application form, code 02 is on the basis of 12th qualification. Code 02 is most appropriate in your situation.
