In genuine cases when your data would be verified if there is any discrepancy found the college authority will let you know that and give you stipulated time to resolve your issue. However writing your college name in place of the university name is not a major mistake so you expect that there would be no flaws regarding this. But at the time of counselling if you face any difficulty the competent authority will give you chances to resolve your issues unless there is major mistake according to them. So don't panick, just follow their guidelines regularly.
