If you hold the domicile of Delhi, you can participate in State Counseling for admission to MAMC, UCMS and Lady Hardinge Medical College. But for admission to VMMC, ACMS, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical College, NDMC, you have to register for IPU Counselling because the 85% seats for these Medical Colleges are filled through IPU Counselling.
