Dear Sridhar,

390 marks in neet are fair marks but according to me u have very less chance of getting into government medical college in tamilnadu with these marks.Hereby provided is a list of some government colleges with their previous years cut off declared by neet UG.

ESIC MEDICAL COLLEGE ,CHENNAI    --593

IRT PERUNDURAI MEDICAL COLLEGE PREU DURAI ---591

RAJAH MUTHIAH MEDICAL COLLEGE ,ANNAMALAINAGAR   --588

GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE SIVAGANGAI  --593

most of the other government medical college have cut off above 600 marks.

These are previous years database so there is very less chance to get a seat in government medical college. You may try for private medical colleges of Tamil nadu under state quota where you would have a 50-50 chance of getting a seat. All the best for your future.
