i am getting around 270 from mbc category in tamilnadu. can i get a seat in govt medical college??

Frankly speaking with a score you are expecting you have very less chances to get into govt colleges through the AIQ and state quota both even if you belong to the reserved categories you have very less chances to get into govt colleges.
However you can still give it a try in the private Deemed Universities.

Tamil Nadu is known for highest cut off , 270 marks is not sufficient for any category to fetch a seat in Government Medical College in Tamil Nadu or in any other state.
so you will not get a seat in Government Medical College.
You can work hard and  try for next year neet exam and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.
