Your words aren't very clear. What do you mean by Jandk OM? 

I assume you have specified your NEET score to be 420 and by jandk you meant to say Jammu and Kashmir. Let me tell you according to this that you have a fair chance to get into government medical colleges as J&K has 100% state quota. The previous year cutoffs too speak the same.
