Hey,
The cutoff is subjected to variations every year depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the difficulty level of the question paper and the reservation category of the candidates.
A score of 460 is very less likely to get you a government Medical College under both All India Quota or State Quota.

According your score for 85% quota seats you have the chances in Maharashtra colleges. But cutoff varies year to year.
