Hello,
You have not mentioned your branch in engineering without that it is difficult to help you with your query as the cuff is different for each branch.Considering your branch you will qualify GATE and may have chances of getting seat in IITs but to know in which IITs you may get seat you need to tell us your branch.However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.
