My simple answer to this is a NO! You see there is a great demand for government seats. They get exhausted well over 500 for open and over 440 for categories. You can opt for a private college if you can afford or choose to repeat. Nothing wrong with repeating and grab a seat you were not even dreaming of in your first attempt.
