First of all congratulations for such good score . For sure you will be able to get medical college in Bihar but not sure which one. Moreover Every year cutoff changes so no one can tell you the exact answer. If you secured good All India Rank at this score then there is no worry to get government seat. If your rank under 7k around then you can expect one through AIQ or through your state quota. But again if you belongs to state where less number of government seats available then again its a tough call for you. So just hope to get good rank.
