Yes you are eligible to give NEET exam. Minimum percentage in 12th board is 50% for general candidate to be eligible for NEET. You got 70% which is greater than 50%. And as of now you have passed all the subject you can give NEET. So work hard for NEET Exam .

If you have scored 50% marks in your Physics, chemistry and Biology and have passed your 12th then yes you are eligible for NEET exam. It does not matter if you have passed in the second attempt. The important thing is getting 50% in PCB.
