I failed in 12th class board exam in 1st attempt and next year I got 71%. Am I eligible to give CAT ?

Hi Aspirant,

You will only be eligible for CAT if you score more than 50% in your graduation.If you don't get that,no score in 10th or 12th will be good enough.

Hi Ayush,

Yes, You are eligible to attempt CAT. However you should have completed Undergraduate course and that it the basic premise to apply for CAT exam. Since MBA is Master's degree it is mandatory to pass Bachelors degree. 71% is a good percentage and it would be easy to crack CAT.

Thanks lot!! I have 8.8 CGPA in 10th and in graduation I have 7.1 CGPA. Only thing I was feeling was that I hvae 1 year extra gap difference between 10th and 12th. So gap doesn't matter ?
