I failed in 2nd puc pcmb and i passed after in supplement exam with 70 percentage.can i apply for neet exams in 2021 and after can i select for medical seet.

As you have passed your supplementary exam with 70% marks, you are eligible for NEET 2021, though you haven't mentioned if this is your PCB marks of aggregate marks. To be eligible for NEET, one need to secure at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and English as a core subject. If you belong to general category and got at least 50% marks in PCB, you are eligible for the exam.
