hi.i applied neet exam and i failed in 2nd pu exam, may i eligible for the neet exam and if i passed neet then i can join the medical ?

No, you can't attempt NEET UG or your attempt will not be considered if you fail in class 12th. The eligibility criteria for NEET UG states that the Candidate must have passed class 12th from a recognised board of education and with a minimum of 50% marks in PCB subject aggregate.

You need to pass your second puc first, via re-examination and then apply for NEET UG again, next year.
