if you get failed in accountancy and overall passed in 12th that means your failed subject has been replaced by your optional subject, here in the BCom eligibility for DU you must have at least 70 percent in best four subjects of your 12th subjects, remember this is for eligibility to sit in counselling , that means you will be getting DU college if your name comes in the list but for now you will become eligibile if you have at least 70 percent.
