I failed in class 12 board exam, 2019. But I want to reappear in Board Exam,2020 and also I want to appear in NEET 2020 EXAM. Am I eligible?

No problem , you will elligible after passing class 12 in next year . Be focus on your Neet paper and for boat exam also Because first you should pass the exam with good percentage for elligiblity .
