definitely you'll be eligible for JEE advance and BITSAT,if you score well in subjects after improvement test. dont forget this thing ,even if you  score below 70% then also you're eligible for JEE but you won't get admissions in TOP institutions like IIT/NIT's. because the board examinations will play role there.so better you should improve you marks.
