According to the eligibility criteria for MCA candidate must have completed the bachelor's degree, which must include the mathematics as its subject and must have completed it with the 45% aggregates. And as you mentioned that you have completed the BSc from the PCM branch then definitely you are eligible to do the MCA from the specific university. Also, candidates must have mathematics as their subject in 10 + 2. So look out for the colleges in which you want to do the MCA.
