Sbc is a  state level reservation, so its not there in neet application form being a national level entrance examination.

Now,

As per neet information brochure those who belong to OBC ncl category at state level but are not in the centre list need to select general as their category while filling the Neet application form.

So,

Check your caste in obc central list. If you are in the central list of OBC NCL then you need to choose OBC NCL as your category Otherwise you must choose general category in neet application form

In case,

If you don't belong to obc ncl at central level and then you  had to choose general as your category in NEET application form, you can still choose SBC in your state counselling form because in state counselling categories are there as per the reservation system of that particular state.

You should fill NEET 2022 application form. NEET 2022 application form has been released at its official website i. e neet.nta.nic.in,
