I also from NT cast b and i fill neet form under obc because there is no option for NT. Then dusring state cota is NEET merit comes at SC St levele or not

Well if I am not wrong then NT category is for tribal communities. Hence it will fall under st in all india quota. There are only the main categories that are there in the central counseling scheme. State quota counseling has many other categories like your category.
