You can definitely change from b arch to BTech through the correction window of JEE formit is editable. Infact all the options except change in exam center location and online to offline mode can be changed. This is for all candidates who might have done or will do some mistake. But the images correction is separate from data it cannot be changed.

So after the last date of application form the correction window is going to open soon you can change from there.
