Hello  aspirant can you please mention the name of the examination you are talking about. Without knowing the name of the examination it is hard for us to tell you the procedure. Well, in case of documents in most of the cases students face problem in documents upload because of thesm size of the image. They would mentioned the size of the image and format kindly check that and then retry.
