I filled wrong category in IIT JEE mains exam January form can i make fresh registration for IIT JEE mains Aprilwith correct category or should continue previous form and make correction letter Please reply as soon as possible

No need to apply as fresh applicant , iam also writing 2nd time .
When you login for jee mains (April) using jee mains (January) you can edit every details . After giving some details of your centres and board admit card . I have edited my details similarly

Hello!

The provision for making corrections is available to students from March 8th- March 10th.

The provision of changing categories will also be provided to the candidates . If the candidates change their category from general to reserved, then no refund of fees will be done. However, if the candidates change their category from reserved to general, then they will have to pay the balance fee.
