Sorry but you cannot get home state reservation now as it is clearly advised that candidate must fill correct details at the time of form filling. The state you choose will be considered as your home state  now .Upsee have around 85% seats reserved for candidate belonging to uttarpradesh. Now you will be treated as outside category student.
