255 marks is not a good mark for getting a seat in Government Medical College, you cannot get a seat in any government medical college with just 255 marks in neet , no matter to which category you belong to or what reservation you have this much marks is not enough for a seat .

I am really sorry to say but this score is very less to fetch you a seat in any government college. Because based upon your score in NEET, and the previous year cutoff, you don't seem to have any chances for admission to government medical colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in private olleges but I am not sure about it too.
