With your score, rank and category your chances oof getting a goverment mbbs college through NEET All India Counselling is very low. You may get a seat in deemed or private college but if yu take a seat in AIQ then you will not be allowed to go for state counselling.

In UP State counselling the chances of you getting agovernment mbbs seat is low because for government colleges in UP a rank below 15000 is needed.

As far as ESIC quota goes, if you have it, then you will get admission through ESIC quota. The last rank to get admission in ESIC is around 60,000 hence you have a god chance there.
