You can get Medical college but chances are low.For that you have to go through the counselling process but at the same time you can apply for the BDS course if you are interested to that.

Hello your score is not enough to get a seat in medical college.... But you may still try for BAMS, BHMS And other Paramedical courses...

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances for bams bhms bums or other ayush courses.
