Hello,
You have scored less maks in the entrance exam.
With this marks it would be difficult to get admission in any government college.
You might get admission in a private college in the subsequent rounds of councelling.but the chances are very low.
You can also prepare for the exam again if you are very keen in pursuing a medical career.
