Yes with this mark ,you have good chances of getting a bams or bhms government seat.
You have not mentioned your state clearly , if you have domicile of any state then you can seek admission in that state through 85 % state quota . If this does not work any way then you can get admission through all india quota.
Generally ,The expected cutoff marks for admission into these courses for general category students is around 300 for private colleges it's around 250.
But do remember that cutoffs are expected to rise a bit this time.so it's difficult to put forward any specific prediction.

Plz suggest me any college with marks 346 in general catogry in west bengal for bams.as the cut off is a bit highh , and u r saying i can get a chance in entering coll3ge .plz it is my humble request to u to enlight me some collge name in govt seat so that o can fill the councellong with r advice
