250 is a low score and chances of getting seat through neet is nil. But you can try for management if you are affordable.

You might get in Management Quota. However the cutoff of the college and your state rank matters.

You will get if you join early. Once you get your results choose the college and do early register. This will ensure more chances of getting a seat

i got 25k category rank should i wait for state rank and plzzz sm1 tell me that 85% state quota is on the basis of category rank or air bcoz they are so different
