The cutoff for neet varies every year depending on various factors. Gujarat state also consider 15% AIQ seats which is released by MCC and the 85% state quota is under the authority of Gujarat council.

You might not get a seat in government quota in gujarat for this marks if you are from general category as the cutoff for general category is 600+ and you have chances if you are from lower category such as ST. As you didn't mentioned your category i couldn't say.
