With 494 marks in NEET, you have a high chance of getting Motilal Nehru Medical College, Allahabad and Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College. If you feel that these colleges are not suitable for you, you can surely search for medical colleges outside UP and analyse their previous year cutoff in All India Quota.
