Dear Adesh, first off, if you hold the domicile of Rajasthan, you cannot participate in other State Counsellings. The State Counsellings are strictly for candidates who hold domicile of that particular State. Now answering your question, you will not be considered in the State merit list of KCET because you hold domicile of Rajasthan.
