Your marks are pretty much decent and genuine. However as you might be yourself aware that there has been a huge and gianormously high Inflation in the results this year with people scoring around 625 getting 3000-4000 ranks. If you have glanced through the toppers list some 20 people have scored 685 exact. So you can see there is a bit of chance you might get a seat if you have a domicile in your state. Otherwise most sources are claiming 550+ to be secure marks for admission into BDS and MBBS courses.
