with 531 marks and belonging to bc category you might get in govt colleges like sri venkteshwara institute of medical science in tripura, kurnool medical college in kurnool, govt medical college in anantapur, rajiv gandhi institute of medical science in kadapa etc. as per previous year year the minimum cut off of colleges in svu region for bc category was 421. however we are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam.

Dear Lohith, in 2018, under State Quota, 473 marks was the cut off. With a score of 531, you have decent chances at:
SVIMS
Kurnool Medical College
GMC, Anantapur
RGIMS, Kadapa
ACSR Government Medical College
Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
